I don’t know why this happens. I think I’m decent enough at RPing para stuff. People usually don’t disconnect me on omegle randomly during RPs. It’s really only noticeable when the RP starts with one-liner text messages and the RP partners wants to drag out the texting part. As soon as my character texts ‘See you soon’ or something, and puts his or her phone away, the RP partner disconnects. WHY? I make sure to write a few decent sentences that nudge the plot forward.
When a character says to my character “see you later” or words to the same effect, I usually see that as an indication that the RP is over. Also, not everyone likes to do paras and some players are content to RP in txt form only. It might even be seen as rude to try to nudge a txt RP into paras if your partner hasn’t stated that they’re ok with it. If you want to do paras, it’s a good idea to communicate this to the other mun and/or put something on your info page stating your preferences, that you can point people to. People can’t read your mind and despite what hints you might have left, they don’t always know what you want to do nor have they consented to it, unless you discuss it with them first.
edit: I just realised that I may have misunderstood the post and taken it as more general than omegle-specific (I am not familiar with omegle)
